Only The Family, often abbreviated as OTF, is a rap group from Chicago, Illinois. In 2010, rapper Lil Durk began the Only Trey Folks branch of the Black Disciples gang to form the group. The majority of OTF’s members are also members of the Black Disciples street gang known as Only Trey People.
